cool i ORD today. woot. i'm now in camp. waiting for the relevant people to sign my clearance, am excited to see my pink ic. finally i can breathe a sigh of relief.

it's monday, which means it's my last working day in camp, and i'll be clearing leave till the 26th when i head back to receive my dearly missed pink IC. i just realised something funny. the formation badge on my uniform is inverted HAHAHA. i now remember why. at last friday's eXcess meeting, Nat took it out and pasted it upside down (thanks ah nat). and i forgot to put it back. luckily i didnt get eff-ed for that since nobody noticed.

well i'd like to congratulate the confirmants from eXcess, nat, celesther, terence, eugene, amanda and celestine who graduated from sunday school last evening at the confirmation mass. CONGRATS! i wish you all the best in your journey with God. continue to have faith and carry on strong, whether in eXcess or in some place else in the future when yall grow older or sth. no one said christianity is a breeze cos they know it isn't, but we'll always be there for you aight?

overtime's coming up and the response we got was hmm.....ok but not fantastic. the postcards were a hit but whether they make it down remains to be seen. lucky thing we found a really good and friendly printing shop which had the right price and materials we needed for doing the necessary. will prolly use their services in the long run. chea.

now i can finally start thinking about and planning what i wana do after i OH ARE DEE.... let me just list a few...
first up: clean my room (this is such a gargantuan task). it's in such a mess i'm thinking of doing a before and after comparison by taking videos and snapshots of my room.
then i'll form up an exercise routine,
fill in an application form for Life! bookshop at J8 and start working there,
go for driving lessons,
read all the books i bought about faith and christianity,
buy my mixer (or rather my fam) over the weekend Pioneer DJM 909!
pimp up my board cos the wheels are too heavy,
buy a new chair from IKEA,
meet up with SJI friends,
meet up with Stuart,
rahul?
meet up with my cous Reubs,
meet up with others,
meet up with the people i was sposed to meet up recently (Andrea and Jeremy Heng!),
go over to matt's place to record (cos i havent got the freaking software)
write,
spin,
get new styli,
practice for a potential spot at spinning for CTK's event?
watch Fantastic Four (aaron and gerrit will prolly laugh at this),
sun tan,
get ready for OVERTIME,
Not to forget Quiet Time,
and prolly a whole lot more.....like REST.....
pretty good mix of short, mid and long term goals....
now i know where my heart is. chea.

alright i dont know where this surge of anger came up from and i was totally pissed last night. i might have been a bit sensitive. well the fact is i was totally lost not knowing how to proceed and go on and i asked for help. noone seemed to bother, all were too caught up in conversations. so the reason you have it, i got pissed. it's the really small things that i observe and see that makes me uncomfortable for some reason. ok maybe it is my responsibility to take care of the issues in my own department and i sincerely apologise, but that doesnt mean i'm experienced handling it. politics will always be there. it will forever exist and it is shitty sometimes. even in a small group so many things can happen. humans are well, complex and simple at the same time. alright so i've thought of some stuff and i got the prompting i should keep this sun's event plain and simple. i went back to the poolside last night to reflect about the day's events. i did get some ideas but am somehow facing a block. i hope i get over that obstacle soon so i can let my creative juices flow. i hope the group dynamics would improve. i aint expecting much, nor am i optimistic. i mean i can't change the world til i'm changed myself. thought i already am changed, it'll take a while more before i can start progressing again.
